个人简介

焦宁,女,汉族,19891月出生于山东聊城,动物营养系校聘副教授,主要研究方向为动物营养与饲料科学,主要从事营养对肠道健康的调控及其作用机制的研究。主持山东省自然科学基金青年项目一项,参与多项国家重点/重大项目包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然基金重大项目、国家重点研发计划以及国家重点基础研究“973”项目等的课题研究。在权威学术期刊《The Journal of Nutrition、《FSAEB Journal》、《British Journal of Nutrition》、《Meat Science》、《动物营养学报》等上发表研究论文10余篇。

主要围绕饲料资源的价值评定,阐明动物营养与代谢规律,揭示营养素对畜禽(尤其是猪)健康的调控及其作用机制。同时,围绕饲料安全评价,揭示饲料毒素的作用及其机理,开发利用饲料资源。
