个人简介

杨维仁,男,博士,教授,博士生导师,山东省生猪产业体系岗位专家。从事学生工作32年,主要专长与研究方向为动物营养、饲料配方设计与饲料加工、饲料添加剂应用和水产动物营养。曾参加和主持国家“九五”“十五”攻关子课题、国家863计划和国家科技支撑计划子专题等科研课题,主持山东省自然科学基金项目、山东省重点研发计划(重大科技创新工程)项目、山东省生猪产业技术体系营养与饲料岗位及多项横向课题。获山东省畜牧科学技术一等奖、山东省高校优秀科研成果一等奖、山东省科学技术二等奖、山东省科学技术三等奖等各奖项,发表论文300余篇,其中SCI收录论文30余篇。一直从事动物营养与饲料科学的教学、科研和社会服务工作,主编、副主编《新编肉鸡饲料配方600例》、《配合饲料工艺学》、《新编仔猪饲料配方600例》等著作10余部,培养博士2名,硕士60余名。承担本科生《动物营养学》及研究生《饲料资源开发与利用专题》、《动物营养与饲料学》等教学工作,每年累计教学工作量400余学时,教学成果优秀。
