山东农业大学威尼斯wns·8885556博士生导师,比利时天主教鲁汶大学博士后、客座教授,山东省现代农业家禽产业技术体系岗位科学家,中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养学分会理事,中国畜牧兽医学会动物健康养殖与福利分会常务理事,全国动物营养指导委员会“肉鸡营养分会”委员,山东省畜禽遗传改良计划“蛋鸡遗传改良计划”专家,“全国畜禽屠宰质量标准创新中心”专家;历任山东聊城市阳谷县科技副县长、山东凤祥股份有限公司总经理助理、烟台大地牧业股份有限公司技术中心主任、东方希望集团家禽营养顾问、山东省宠物行业协会顾问、泰安超泰宠物用品有限公司宠物食品顾问、山东八方牧歌农牧集团有限公司宠物干粮首席设计师和山东帅克宠物用品有限公司独立董事等职务。
主要从事家禽和伴侣动物营养研究,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,山东省重点研发、国家重点研发等省部级课题16项,发表文章123篇,培养研究生72人,与海内外11所科研院校及21家企业建立了合作关系。
