个人简介
杨维仁,男,教授,博士生导师,山东畜牧兽医学会饲料科技专业委员会会长,山东省生猪产业体系岗位专家,泰安市饲料工业协会会长,泰安市政协常委。近年来参加和主持国家“九五”“十五”攻关子题、国家863计划、国家科技支撑计划子课题、山东省自然科学基金等国家及省部级项目10多项。现主持“十四五国家重点研发计划”、“山东省重点研发计划”等科研项目10多项。先后以第一作者或通讯作者在《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》、《Animal Nutrition》、《Food & Function》、《Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety》等本领域学术期刊发表SCI论文40余篇。授权“一种甜高粱和田菁混合青贮饲料及其制备方法和应用”等国家发明专利4项;制定山东省地方标准3项;主编、副主编《新编肉鸡饲料配方600例》、《配合饲料工艺学》、《新编仔猪饲料配方600例》等著作10余部。主持完成的“高效安全肉鸡饲料配套技术研究与应用”、“非粮饲料资源发酵关键技术开发及产业化推广”、“饲料原料发酵安全高效创新技术研究与示范应用”等研究成果先后获得山东省科技进步二等奖、青岛市科技进步二等奖、山东省畜牧科学技术奖等奖励10余项,项目成果在新希望六和等多家企业推广。

2. 饲料科学与安全评价
主要围绕饲料资源的价值评定,阐明动物营养与代谢规律,揭示营养素对畜禽(尤其是猪)健康的调控及其作用机制。同时,围绕饲料安全评价,揭示饲料毒素的作用及其机理,开发利用饲料资源。
