姜淑贞,女,山东省临清市人山东农业大学威尼斯wns·8885556动物营养与饲料科学专业,博士,硕士生导师。泰安市岱宗人才。独立指导本科毕业生100余人硕士研究生40余人。其中3位研究生获得国家奖学金,6位研究生读博高效安全肉鸡饲料配套技术研究与应用JB2014-2-79-R03)”获得山东省学技术进步二等奖、“肉牛优质高效生产关键技术研究与产业化示范(JB2015-1-5-R06)”获得山东省学技术进步一等奖、农副产品发酵饲料生态养猪关键技术集成与推广(SDFCG2019-02-19-06获得山东省农牧渔业丰收二等奖、“猪用玉米全株青贮生产与产业化应用(FCG-2022-2-180-03R)”获得全国农沐浴液丰收二等奖。参与鉴定和评价成果7项,参与制定地方标准14个,授权专利6件。任现职以来,发表论文共计223篇,其中第一/通讯作者发表学报级以上论文51篇,第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文24其中ESI论文20累计影响因子61.162参编“十一五”国家级规划教材《饲料加工工艺学》第二版。

主要围绕饲料资源的价值评定,阐明动物营养与代谢规律,揭示营养素对畜禽(尤其猪)健康的调控及其作用机制。同时,围绕饲料安全评价,揭示饲料毒素的作用及其机理,合理开发利用饲料资源。
